The premier body ICAI which conducted CPT exams of 2013 have recently announced the CPT Exam result June 2013 will be published soon on the website. CPT (Common Proficiency Test) is an entrance exam which is held twice a year i.e., in June and December for selection of candidates for the next level of CA Exams (IPC).
This year CPT exam was conducted on 16th June,2013 and students who gave the CPT exam were very stressed towards their CPT Result June 2013 however ICAI have made it clear to all of the students who have appeared in the CPT exam that students should not get nervous, the results will be definitely positive if they have made efforts to clear the exam. However, from this batch itself a candidate is required to get 30% in each section and also 50% aggregate marks in all the sections in order to pass CPT Exam 2013.
Earlier the candidates used to get pass in CPT exam Results only by scoring aggregate 50% in CPT exams and students do not try to solve the hard questions of Maths and Stats. However this attitude towards the CA studies was dangerous as Maths and Stats is applied everywhere in CA course. To overcome this loophole ICAI have changed the criteria to the new one so that students would study each part of the CPT syllabus carefully and could make good in CPT Exam Result 2013.
ICAI would declare the CPT Result for June 2013 on 19th July 2013 and students will then be able to check their results by entering their roll no. along with their PIN as opted by the candidate.
